Took a little detour before sushi tonight. Naturally I donned inappropriate footwear and went exploring in my own town - love discovering new nooks and crannies. Had to drive on precarious, European sized roads to get up here, but being the only ones at the top was worth the tiny turns - not a soul in sight except for us and a random puppy (the best kind of company). It's been getting colder lately...thanks California for allowing me to start wearing my bipolar winter wardrobe - sweaters with skirts. I predict my wedge obsession will only grow astronomically within the coming months as well...
