The consistently cloudy skies beachside as of late necessitated that we take a "just drive" trip eastward...not quite as east as my fellow crochet laden desert children (ahem, Jill) at Coachella, but getting to wear my new flatform acquisition on the backroads of a tiny airport more than made up for it. These shoes definitely feel like I have two bricks strapped to my feet yet I can be in them all day. And I feel like they would pass the cobblestone test. Score one.
Some neat but crazy news - I was featured in Issue 8 of just another fashion magazine! Thanks Lisa! If you have an iPad, you should definitely check it out.
